We started as a Celebration. Members of three sports clubs, Tennis, Pickleball and Softball, planned a dinner dance. The intermingled memberships of these clubs represent over 700 residents of the Valencia Lakes Community.

In the planning stage, the very first year, 2017, the Committee decided that along with a great evening of dining and dancing, we should aim to accomplish something more. Giving back to our community became our mission and has driven our efforts ever since.

Now, the VL Sports Charity is registered as a 501 C(3) Non-Profit

With a proud tradition of suporting children, veterans, displaced and needy families in the Wimauma and Ruskin areas.

With the support of many donors, we have raised in excess of $156,000 since 2017!
